Terms and Conditions
- No refunds will be given for stays cancelled within 2 weeks of the booking date without agreement by Hedgepig Hotel
- We will not accept any Hedgehogs who are ill
- If your Hedgehog suffers from a long term illness, please inform us before arrival. You will need to provide your own bedding and toys to avoid cross-contamination. Please note this does not affect the daily rate that you will be charged for your Hedgehog’s stay
- You will provide any dry food required for your Hedgehog for the duration of their stay with us
- We will provide live bugs / worms, other treats such as dreamies and fresh vegetables, bedding, water, toys, heated vivarium, wheel, play pen and cuddles.
- If your Hedgehog falls ill during its stay we will take him or her to our local vets. You will be responsible for any treatment costs incurred. We will of course contact you immediately should your hog become ill during their stay.
Unfortunately, Hedghehogs can pass away quickly and without warning. In the unlikely event this should occur in our care we shall carry out your wishes which shall be discussed and noted on arrival. Hedgepig Hotels take no responsibility for animals who pass away whilst boarding with us.
- In the event of animal death during boarding with us there will be no refunds given on boarding fees.
- We take no responsibility for your animal becoming pregnant while in our care, as all our animals are completely separated.
- If you arrive back from holiday early you may collect your pet earlier than the arranged date, although you are still liable for the full holiday amount.
- For every day you are late to collect your pet, you will be charged double the daily rate.
- If you do not collect your pet within one week of the agreed departure date your Hedgehog will be taken to the RSPCA or another Hedgehog rehoming service.
